Clients may cancel their event booking by providing written notice to Shihab Noor Events via email or official communication channels.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date to be considered for rescheduling options.
Due to the nature of event planning, all booking fees and payments are non-refundable. This policy covers venue reservations, vendor agreements, and preparatory work already undertaken.
2. Rescheduling
Clients who cancel with at least 30 days’ notice may request to reschedule their event to a later date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the event may incur additional fees or may not be possible depending on vendor and venue commitments.
3. Cancellation by Shihab Noor Events
In the unlikely event that Shihab Noor Events must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, legal restrictions, or operational issues), we will notify you immediately.
Clients will be offered alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made.
4. No Refunds on Short Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
This policy reflects the costs incurred in securing venues, vendors, and preparation efforts that cannot be recovered on short notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate cancellations promptly and in writing.
Failure to do so may result in loss of booking fees without the option to reschedule.
