2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of event planning and venue booking, all payments made are non-refundable.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team allocates resources, finalizes contracts, and begins preparations specific to your event.
Dates are reserved exclusively for your event, often resulting in other potential clients being declined.
We make advance payments to venues, suppliers, and service providers on your behalf, which are non-recoverable.
3. Exceptions and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we encourage you to discuss rescheduling options with us.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the new date and services required.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of cancellation; however, credit toward future services may be considered at our discretion.

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or a full refund of payments made.
