All event bookings must be confirmed with full or partial advance payment as specified at the time of booking.
Upon confirmation, the booking is considered final and secures the agreed services and dates.
2. No Refund Policy
All booking payments are non-refundable.
Reasons for No Refunds:
Resource Allocation: Upon booking, our team begins preparing logistics, venues, staff assignments, and vendor coordination specifically for your event.
Limited Capacity: Our services are date-specific and capacity-limited. When we confirm your event, we often turn down other potential clients for the same date.
Upfront Commitments: We make upfront payments to venues, suppliers, artists, and service providers as soon as a booking is made.
Planning Hours: A significant amount of professional planning and administrative effort is invested immediately after your booking is confirmed.
We understand unforeseen situations may occur, and in such cases, we will always do our best to assist with rescheduling or adjusting services within reason, but monetary refunds cannot be issued.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new requirements or service provider availability.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
5. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, required permits, and ensure cooperation for smooth event execution.
